Tasting room available for tasting experience with sommelier The space The house is the result of the careful recent restoration of a farmhouse, typical architecture of the area, which fits perfectly in the environment. The old barn, now a living room, overlooks a large hilly landscape, designed by the vineyards. Monferrato is one of the areas of Piedmont rich in millennial history and natural beauty. The 6 rooms: double, triple or with an extra bed, all with a private bathroom. They are different from each other, tastefully furnished and with simple elegance. Additional 3 beds available on request. Each room has free LAN internet access. Free Wi-Fi internet service is available in the living room area. The kitchen is furnished with all the necessary comforts and appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric cooking plates and washing machine Outside in the courtyard there is a large pergola to relax even on the hottest days. The swimming pool, available to all guests of the estate, is located on the back of a hill overlooking the infinity and immersed in silence. A solarium in the middle of nature, equipped with sun loungers and comfortable seats for moments of relaxation. Please note that the pool is not heated and can be cool at the beginning and end of the season. No TV or phone in the rooms, it is an opportunity to enjoy authentic relaxation. Pool season opening 1/05 - 1/10 There is private parking for the car. Guest access Our guests can relax in the living room, the old barn, which overlooks a large hilly landscape with large windows. Our swimming pool, open from May 1 to October 1, is located on the back of the hill immersed in silence with a large lawn that surrounds it. It can be used by both villas on the property. Other things to note There are no architectural barriers in our agriturismo. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., check-out by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Free parking is available for guests. Additional cost of accommodation taxes, which must be paid at the time of check-in. The amount is €1.50 per person per day. The pool is shared with the smaller villa adjacent to the property. We are a winery, in our cellar you can taste our wines, on Fridays and Saturdays we often organize aperitifs with live music.
