"La Pinturella" is a country house in stone dating back to 1600, divided into 3 separate apartments and surrounded by green peaceful hills of Umbria. With a total of five bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. The space Being surrounded by a large park enriched with plants, flowers and fruit trees, allows relaxing walks without having to leave the property and ensures a cool and windy climate even in the warmer seasons. In the garden in front of the house there is a private pool available to guests, with deck-chairs, sun beds and an outdoor shower. Also in the garden there are corners equipped destined for social occasions with two gazebos, tables and a barbecue. THE APARTMENTS The apartment “TORRE” is the largest of the three, arranged on 2 levels. There are a wide entrance hall with kitchen, living / dining room with sofas and a big fireplace, 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, sleeps up to 6 people plus a child; The apartment “ALBA” is arranged on one level. There are a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. It can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Finally the apartment "TRAMONTO" is a spacious studioflat with bedroom with double bed (on request divisible into two single beds), small kitchenette, though separated from the sleeping area, bathroom with shower. Possibility of an additional single sofa bed (for a child). Each apartment is equipped with color TV, microwave and everything needed for cooking. In the apartment Torre there is a washing machine while for the other two there is a washing machine in the common area downstairs. On the ground floor there are three large common rooms, recovered from old barns, equipped with LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, armchairs, sofas and a piano. In addition there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with five burners, electric oven, wood stove, where you can eat all together (available only for weekly rentals). Inside the property is also a private parking with automatic gate.
