Note:no aircondition Important Notice:the house was built in Cctv cameras outside front door,balcony,and at the back of the house. Guest access Guests has full access to the house. Other things to note There is a large balcony to the front of the house with a railing and a small balcony in the master bedroom,for safety,if you have small children both can be locked. Please note the water in the area cabantian is under improvement works because of this the water cab have a slight yellow color(it has been chlorinated and certified safe to use.we will however provide you with potable water for drinking. Note: FAIR USAGE APPLIES TO UTLITIES internet ,water, power Due to local water works there can be interuptions in water supply in the morning. Please turn off aircondition,electronics when not in use.and turn off main switch when leaving the house. And Please close the window whenever you leave the house,the weather (rain) very unpredictable. For the HOT WATER: plug on the cylinder in the front balcony. the socket is beside the cylinder. plug it out when not in use. Traffic is fine if you avoid rush hour in the morning and evening. housekeeping service is available upon request for a nominal fee.
