A holiday apartment at the beautiful area of Aghios Emilianos, one of the most beautiful places in the eastern Peloponnese. With a beautiful sea view, the house is surrounded by pine trees. Just 300 meters from the closest beach and 10 minutes by car to Porto Cheli and Kosta harbour. The combo residence includes a pool, garden, ΒΒQ area and a closed garage. The space A holiday apartment which belongs in a two residences combo.The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom while the house has one more large WC with a shower. In the spacefull living and dining room area there is a TV and a cosy fireplace along with two bed-sofas for extra sleeping room for guests. The fully equiped kitchen of the house has a large breakfast table additionaly to the one in the dining area. Each one of the rooms has access to the apartment's verandas with their beautiful view to the sea and easy access to the residence's garden and the pool. *Please note that the apartment belongs to a combo that includes one more mesonaite apartment one level above. The outdoor spaces, swimming pool, garden and BBQ area are shared between the two apartments. This holiday apartment is ideal for families or a group of friends up to 8 people who need a break from their everyday activities during the whole year since the fireplace in the living room and the sauna in one of the house's bathrooms create the ideal circumstances for a cosy atmosphere even in the winter time.
