The Quays at 99 Customs Street West sits proudly on the edge of the Viaduct marina with award winning restaurants, shopping and entertainment just out the door. The space #3A is beautifully presented with 136 square metres of space and incredible views of the Harbour Bridge, marina and Sky Tower to enjoy. This spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms has been fully renovated to a high standard offering a chefs kitchen, entertainers lounge, dining for 8 and a cinema screen with reclining seating. Sliding doors open the space to the balcony with outdoor dining, BBQ and amazing sunset views! Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed with ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - double bed Please note: We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at the apartment but please note bedroom 3 is a smaller room with a double bed. Please consider this before booking for 6 people. A cleaning fee of $240 including linen. Minimum stays: 4 nights Christmas to early January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Check in time at the apartment must be prior to 5:30 pm as we have no facility for after hours check in. Guest access Please Note - Check will need to be arranged prior to the day of arrival and to be between 2pm and 5:30pm. We are not able to accomodate Late check ins.
