VILLA WITH HUGE GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL, 5 MINUTES FAR FROM THE CITY CENTER

VILLA Giorgetta is located in Forte Dei Marmi, in the beautiful area of ​​Roma Imperiale, 700 meters far from the sea, close to the famous Disco La Capannina di Franceschi. The villa has been recently renovated. The villa is surrounded by a huge garden, with a brand new swimming pool: equipped with a shower, a cabin, chairs and beach laungers. The veranda is provided with a large tent and sofas where guests can relax out of the sun. On the ground floor: a dining room, a large living room, a separate kitchen (fully equipped), a bedroom with two beds, and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are four rooms: two double bedrooms, two king beds and two bathrooms. The villa is equipped with alarm system, air conditioning and two televisions (for the Russian guests the villa is equipped with access to dedicated channels). We offer to our guests two bikes to reach the sea and the town center in just 5 minutes. The maintenance service of the garden and the swimming pool is guaranteed twice weekly.
