Guest access The neighborhood is easy to navigate with a free bus stop right outside the building for quick access to downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Village, or the Sun Valley Lodge. This condo sits at the base of Dollar Mountain, making it very convenient for families — perfect when you’re dropping off kids at lessons before heading up to Bald Mountain (Sun Valley Resort) yourself. Easy access to trails and mountain shuttle routes adds to the convenience for winter ski adventures and summer hiking. Please note that community hot tub hours and availability are subject to change due to seasonality, weather, and staffing by Elkhorn Village. Hot tub passes are generated by the admin office on weekdays between 9 AM and 4 PM (office closed on weekends). If you’re visiting during shoulder seasons (mid-April through early June or mid-September through November), there is a higher chance that community amenities — including the pool and hot tub — may be closed due to seasonality. Other seasonal amenities such as tennis courts, pickleball, dry sauna, and steam room may also be unavailable at certain times.
