Other things to note Must be 21 years or older to rent. The backyard is closed off during winter months for liability since there are two large ponds. There is a separate basement apartment with an outside entrance that is occupied by the owner. Quick note. After a recent guest stay, the oven is broken so we are in the process of fixing/replacing it but it might not be available during your stay so please ask if this is a main concern. In the mean time we have supplied smaller oven that can cook/bake up to 12"x12". Pet(s) live on property - I have 6 free range joyful chickens.
