Room in quiet place in center of Paris

The space Our room is in a exeptionnel quiet place with plants and trees , above a small garden. It's a private room with a private bathroom at the first floor of a modern house at the end of the court. The Kitchen is small and more for breakfasts or cold meals. The toilet is definitely private but in a common corridor of the house, just near the room. There is no television During your stay Unless exceptional period, we stay at the top of the house and we are available in case of need.
