TARIFF Room 1 Queen Bed one or two people $180.00 per night Room 2 Queen Bed each extra person $50.00 per night. The accommodation is the ground floor unit of our two story house. It is 73sq meters with full kitchen and one combined Bathroom and Laundry. It is a modern, spacious and Self catering A two day booking is required on Public weekend holidays and 25th-26th December A 4 day booking from the 30th Dec to 2nd January We do not do couch surfing .. as they say The space The unit has wrap around decks overlooking our garden with a lovely out look There is a BBQ available. Also two kayaks for your use. We are adjacent to the historic Waipu Cemetery. The Waipu river is a very short walk through our garden where you can sit in a park like area, read a book or watch the amazing bird life, the river in tidal, an hour either side of the tide is great for swimming Our section is not fully fenced so if small children are staying please be beware of this. We have 2 friendly small dogs Gus and Larry, Gus will announce your arrival once they have met you, will happily come back up stairs. Guest access Guests have their own access to the unit. We will give you the code to the key lock before you arrive if we are not going to be here The is plenty of parking for guests by the unit. For guests friends if visiting there is safe parking on the road side Other things to note Just come in, put your cases down, relax and enjoy our little piece of paradise here in Bream Bay A reminder 2 day minimum booking on long weekends . 25-26 December and 30th to the 1st January a 4 day booking Dogs are welcome but please get in touch before you confirm your booking as we like to know what kind of dog you have and it has to be non shedding
