The space The apartment is located inside a building complex on the 4th floor and has an area of 47m2, was designed and equipped so that you have everything you need to spend your vacation days close to the beach. Please note: Due to ongoing construction works, part of the view is currently over a new condominium under renovation. However, the ocean view remains as shown in the photos. The renovation replaces an older building, and the partial obstruction is temporary and related only to the updated development. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, induction stove, mini fridge, 50L water heater, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto expresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Smart TV and desk in the living room. With WiFi and air conditioning that heats and cool that apartment. There is no private parking, but you can find free parking on the street. Quick note: Our apartment is located on a cliff in the highest part of Sesimbra. There is no dedicated walking path from the apartment to the town, so you will need to walk along the side of the road for about 10–20 minutes. If you do not have a car or have limited mobility, this could be challenging. For convenience and easier access to the town, we recommend renting a car or scooter. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. Guests can park your car for free on the street right in front of our building. We don't have any private parking.
