The Homie Colony is an ideal place for a family or a small group to stay and relax for their holiday. Designed with a 'take it easy' method in mind, our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay. You may sipping coffee by the tropical plants on the patio in the morning, taking an outlook to the Suthep Mountain from far as the sunsets, or by relaxing in the comfortable sofa while watching movies and shows in the colony style renovated living area. The space The house is a three beds two and a half baths house ideally situated in a quiet location of a newly built gated community with 24-hour security guard and fully functional gym and swim pool. It works well for a family, two couples, and a group of friends up to seven people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with canopy and it has an en-suite bathroom with walk through closet. The other two bedrooms are both come with a double bed; one of it has an extra pullout single bed, which can sleep three person. All rooms are fully furnished with uniquely custom-made oriental furniture with a touch of colonial style. Kitchen A full Asian style kitchen is available for you to cook your own meal. WIFI Fiber optic broadband backed Wifi has coved almost all spots in and around the house. BBQ We can help you to setup a BBQ so that you can test your own grilling skill. Guest access While you are staying here, the house will be your private oasis. Feel free to enjoy the little tropical garden. Also, make sure to enjoy the free gym and the swimming pool at the clubhouse. NO parties allowed, and please do not set loud speakers’ volume to high, kindly help us to keep the community quiet and relax. Please keep your activity level low after midnight. Please take off your shoes before entering into the house, we have prepared some comfortable slippers for you to use inside. We understand there might be some special cases that more than seven guests need to check-in during your stay, in such a case, please inform us in advance. Upon our agreement, we will charge an extra fee of US$15 per day per person. This is a pet friendly house, and we do love and welcome dogs and cats! Unfortunately, due to the increased work brought to our cleaning staff, we will charge an extra cleaning fee of US$30 per week. We have spent tremendous amount of effort to bring you a satisfying place to stay, and we truly believe that you will cherish all the amenities that we prepared for you to enjoy.
