Serene Self-contained Cottage

Serene Cottage is a stand alone self contained two bedroom cabin on a battle axe block with views of parkland to the rear. The space It's been five years since I've been hiring this Self Contained Cabin style cottage through Airbnb to make the most of the space available on my block. It is nestled among trees on one side of the main property, with views of the garden and the parkland at the rear. Guests have complete privacy and private access. Gas, hot water and split AC is provided. Bathroom has a shower wash basin and toilet. There is a washing machine and of course the kitchen is fully equipped. The two bedrooms both have queen beds, and ample storage space. The living area has a sofa-bed should you need it. The dining table can double up as a study area with a smart TV for your entertainment. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the smart TV with Netflix, WiFi, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven-Cooktop, Mini-fridge and the BBQ situated outside. There is room to park two cars on the block itself. The accomodation is completely independent and self sufficient for your convenience. It has a Shower no bath tub. Please close window when ever using Air Conditioning. Other things to note Canberra is located 3 hrs drive from Sydney. The Snowy mountains are a 3 hrs drive from Canberra. The Coast,Batesman bay is a 3 hrs drive from Canberra. Plenty of Bike and walking paths from Scerene Cottage.
