The entrance opens up to the indoor stone garden where you turn right, passing the bathroom and have the huge hand crafted Buddha wall where three doors are hidden. Left and right door leads to two bedrooms with queen size beds but the plan is to exchange those beds to two single beds in each room during fall 2018. Another bedroom with bunkbed is also located in this area rear of the villa. Under the stairs you find the washing machine for your private laundry. A spacious bathroom with nature outside the shower area is a cool feature. Moving towards the front side, you have a generous living room with Japanese style seating area on cushions with the pool water touching the glass and window. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, electric stove, microwave, cold water dispenser, wine fridge, all kinds of kitchen equipment. In front of the kitchen counter a hidden Tv is visible by a touch of a button and it is facing the terrace. Moving out to the built in terrace with both dining area and chilla area with sofas. Open the sliding glass doors and the 140 sqm big pool is right there. Take a swim under the walking bridge to access the built in chairs in front of the pavilion where you guaranteed will end up several times. In front of the pool the new pool deck was built 2017 where another four sun loungers are set up if you want to be closer to the sea. Upper floor The stairs at the entrance are protected with a safety gate both at the bottom and the top to prevent small children run off on their own creates a more relaxing holiday for the parents. The rear of the villa holds a home cinema with five leather arm chairs a projector and 5.1 sound system. The master bedroom is of course located in the front facing the sunset and offers a perfect sea view overlooking the Andaman Sea and the islands glowing in the horizon. Plenty of space for a baby cot if you want to keep the small ones close to you. If you are travelling with children, please let us know the age so we can prepare baby seat for 1-3 yeas old and seat cushions for 4-8 years. We usually recommend up to 8 persons in the van with normal amount of luggage for a comfortable ride. Price example 2900 THB from Krabi airport one way. No waiting hours, we check you in upon arrival at the unit when you book transfer with us! Arrival day: Upon check-in and handing over the key, we read the meters for electric and water. Since this unit is not a resort nor a hotel but categorized as a self catered, privately owned villa the electric and water is charged as a separate utility where each guest pay for what they use. Estimated cost for normal use for this specific unit is 5000 THB/week and we collect that amount as cash upon check-in. We read the meters at check-out and the majority of our guests are usually getting a refund. There is a welcome sign with important phone numbers and the WiFi log in. We show you the unit with everything you need to know, where to throw you garbage and what’s towels you use indoor and if there are towels you can use at the pool or beach. Second visit: We make a second visit, usually the day after, to check everything is running smooth and if there are anything you want to have more details about. We point out where you can rent motorbikes or have our tour shop visit you if you want to do any excursions. We also agree on checkout time and coordinate that with transfer departure so there is a margin to go through the unit as a part of the check out routine, read electric and water meters and balance the cost towards the deposit made at check-in. On departure day: You prepare the laundry in the laundry bag and put it at entrance door. One set of bed linen and one towel per person is included in the cleaning fee charged. We also ask you to make up the dishes and empty the garbage before leaving.
