Two bedrooms/living room in old historic home.

Two rooms together in a Grade 2 Listed building, that is shared by a family. Also a livingroom with an Ikea sofa that is comfortable to sleep on, TV and wood burning stove. The old house has a bit of a draft and is sometimes a bit dusty. It is also a lived in home with a friendly family; father and son, and 1 cat. If you’d like to relax in the steam room, I can fire it up for you. We also have a hot tub that we can fire up for £20 if available. The back garden has a BBQ and outdoor furniture. The space The rooms are in the back half of the home, and were a separate residence at one time. You'll have access to two en-suite rooms, as well as the living room. You can also use the rest of the house, including kitchen and back garden. During your stay We're usually around. Other things to note Please understand that this is our home. We’re a busy family and sometimes our part of the house can be a bit messy. We do have the guest rooms and guest areas professionally cleaned for you. You will be made to feel most welcome in our home. You are welcome to use our shared family kitchen and dining room, (although not officially part of our AirBnB offer) but please realise it can sometimes be a bit messy. As you can see from our reviews, most guests are quite happy with their stay. However, if you are quite picky, then this really isn’t the place for your stay. Because of the high utility rates, I have to charge £20 to fill up the hot tub. I also need to know at least one day in advance to get it ready and heat it up. There's no extra charge to use the steam room and it is always available. The steam room only takes about 10 minutes to steam up.
