No hassle of driving 4 hrs north to be stuck on a lake with a 1000 other people & neighbors 2 feet f/you -this is remote w/o being remote! NOTE: NO NEED TO CONTACT ME TO ASK IF IT’S FOR SALE -IT ISN’T. 😃 The space The 700 sq. ft. cabin, large yard (clearly defined), 90+ feet of lakefront, dock, Rave trampoline, 3 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, kid through adult sized lifejackets etc are all open to use. Beach towels, bath towels, bathroom supplies, bed linens, fully stocked kitchen with wide variety of utensils, coffee & filters provided as well as a decently stocked seasoning selection, there is usually minor ingredients like rice, flour and sugar. BRING YOUR OWN ICE! Pontoon boat can be rented for a daily fee. Guest access This is a stand alone building, the driveway is shared so please don’t park in it but in the areas by the red shed. Other things to note This is strictly a non-smoking building! Smoking is to be done outside & please use best practice & take your butts with you…Thank you so much!
