This 130 m2 farmhouse has been recently renovated. It consists of 2 houses. Located in the village of Jouy, and 3 minutes by car from the SNCF train station, making it an ideal place to visit Chartres and its Eure Valley or enjoy all the comfort during a business trip. The interior decor is modern but knows how to be forgotten, the farm has been designed to be very functional. You can contact me throughout your stay if you have any questions. The space These two houses are composed of a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hobs, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) as well as all the necessary utensils to be able to cook during your stay! The three bedrooms are composed of double beds and the living room of a comfortable BZ sofa bed for 2 children or 1 adult. You will also find three modern bathrooms, The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a spa bath and the ground floor bathroom with a sauna. The houses are pleasant to live in, bright and secure (1 gate with code + 1 door with key box before accessing the house). The houses are suitable for 6 adults and 4 children or 8 adults and 2 children. The house is not suitable for 10 adults. PS: coffee machine with beans and tea available!
