This 130 m2 farmhouse has been recently renovated. It is composed of 2 houses. Located in the village of Jouy, and a 3-minute drive from the SNCF train station, making it an ideal place to visit Chartres and its Eure Valley or enjoy all the comforts during a business trip. The space These two houses consist of a fully equipped kitchen (vitroceramic stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) as well as all the necessary utensils to be able to cook during your stay! The three bedrooms consist of double beds and the living room has a comfortable BZ sofa bed for 2 children or 1 adult. You will also find three modern bathrooms, The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a spa bath and the downstairs bathroom has a sauna. The houses are pleasant to live in, bright and secure (1 gate with code + 1 door with key box before accessing the house). The houses are suitable for 6 adults and 4 children or 8 adults and 2 children. The house is not suitable for 10 adults. PS: coffee bean machine and tea available!
