Fox's Den, Self contained modern annex

The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace. The space Large common room (Kitchen, dining, study-work and lounge areas with 40" TV), shower room (refurbished Dec '22), two bedrooms (one king and one double) Guest access Self check in with lock-box key. Full access to self contained annex and shared use of the garden with the hosts. Within walking distance (approx 10min) of Canley Ford conservation area, the War Memorial park and the Earlsdon Village area of Coventry. Buses run through Earlsdon. The local and main railway stations are about 20 - 30min walk away (or consider a taxi) Other things to note We provide a welcome pack (coffee (instant, filter & caffitere), tea, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jam). there's also some Honesty Supplies (bacon, eggs, cheese, wine, beer, lager, cider, orange juice, pizza, ice-cream etc) on a pay or replace basis. You are welcome to sit in or use any part of the garden. The verandah of the Chalet is sunny in the evening, you are welcome to eat there or on the decking outside the Fox's Den (or in the Den if the weather is not so good - Sorry - we cannot control that)
