The space This beautiful townhouse initially has a few steps to access it. Before entering the house, you will find a private patio with a table, chairs, and benches, where you can enjoy many hours of sun in the morning. When entering the house, on the ground floor, you will find a small bedroom with two 80cm single beds, with a full en-suite bathroom. On the same floor, you will find the kitchen open to the living room, with a sofa and dining table, and on the same floor, a great covered terrace with a table and chairs to eat outside. Going up the stairs from the living room, you will find a full bathroom and the master bedroom with a 150cm bed, and an exit to a solarium with a large dining table with chairs and a gas barbecue, where you can enjoy great barbecues at sunset. Guest access The complex has outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, with sun loungers available, Balinese beds (at an extra cost), and a spa with a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath. There is also a gym with professional equipment, swings for children, and garden rest areas. All this is included in the price! Inside the complex you will also find the Vime Marbella buffet restaurant, where you can taste traditional Spanish food, and the Fontanela bar, with live musical performances during weekends in high season. Buffet breakfast can be arranged directly at the complex by requesting it at the front desk. The buffet breakfast costs €12 per person per day (this cost may vary) In short, when you stay here you can find all the amenities of a hotel with the comfort of a home. Other things to note - As the complex depends on hotel management, some facilities may not be available at any given time. For this reason, please consult us before making the reservation. - The accommodation does not have private parking, but right in front of the accommodation, on the same street, there is usually parking available. - We offer transportation service to and from the airport at a cost, upon request. Please ask us if you want this service. - We can offer a travel crib with crib linen, baby bath and high chair, on request, for a cost of €6/day - We also offer a “Full fridge” service before your arrival, with up to 20 items for €30 plus the cost of the purchase. - If you would like housekeeping during your stay, please let us know well in advance to arrange it, especially during high season.
