The space This charming and rustic property is surrounded by a spacious garden (300 sqm) offers all comforts for a very intimate and peaceful stay in midst of nature: there is a private swimming pool (7,20m x 4, 60m, depth 1,20m, open approx. 30.5.-30.9.) with cold shower, ideal for children, a huge brick pergola for outside eating adjacent to the fully equipped country style kitchen as well as a huge terrace equipped with garden furniture and a hammock where you can relax and watch the stunning sunsets. The garden is all fenced in, perfectly safe for little children and little dogs. The house is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals and enjoy the flexibility of dining at your own pace. Embrace the country-inspired ambiance as you gather around the dining table in the Patio, savoring delicious homemade meals made of excellent local products with your loved ones. During your stay, take advantage of the stunning outdoor spaces surrounding the stone house. First floor: 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe; 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa and a large wardrobe; 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet; between the two bedrooms there is a passage room with a single bed, separated by a curtain, which leads to the open loft with 2 single mattresses or, if combined, a double bed, resting on a Persian rug laid out on the wooden floor (children love it). The loft has air conditioning on request. The first floor is safe for small children, as there is a gate near the stairs with a lock. Ground floor: Living - Dining room with 2 sofas, fire place, dining table, with access to the garden and connected to the huge kitchen with direct access to the pergola detached from the house; 1 small bathroom with WC, washbasin, emergency shower. Guest access The house, the property and the pool are for exclusive use of our guests! 100% privacy! In season, Guests can collect the garden's abundant produce, fruits and vegetables. Gardening service is included and cleaning of the pool is provided once a week. In case of problems our English speaking key holder is available for emergencies in office hours. Important notice: due to new regional regulations, making a fire or using the barbecue is forbidden from mid-June to the end of August!
