Nice apartment near the fair

Nice apartment near the fair. Living in the countryside and close to the lake. The space Our apartment is situated in a biological timber building, quiet and bright. It's surrounded by a large garden. Our house is next to the Riemer Park and the Riemer Lake where you could go swimming. You reach the lake within 5 minutes walking distance. Also within walking distance is the Munich International Trade Fair (15 min). The size of the apartment is 36 sqm. The apartment is comfortable and cosy. There is space for 2 persons The bedroom contains a twin bed (180 cm x 200 cm; 5'10'' x 6'6'') which can be separated into two single beds. Also in the living room you'll find a new and well equipped kitchen unit. Livingroom with parquetfloor, in the bedroom cork floor. Bedclothes, towel and dishtowels are provided, of course. WIFI is included. The flat has its own little terrace which is perfect for relaxing. If you come by car there's a parking space on our ground. Shopping: A shopping mall is within walking distance (next to the fair) where you'll find more than 60 different stores as well as restaurants. There's also a small but very good Italian restaurant nearby. A REWE supermarket and a bakery are close to the S-Bahn station. Public transport: The S-Bahn station Gronsdorf can be reached within 10 minutes by foot; it takes 15 minutes from there to get downtown (Marienplatz). The metro is in walking distance as well located next to the fair/ the shopping mall. The next autobahn (A9, Salzburg - Nürnberg) is 10 minutes away, it takes circa 45 minutes to get to the airport from there. We speak English and a little French and help where we can as we live in the house.
