Gîte "Les Potentilles" La Rogerie: 14 people

In Prénovel, you will be welcome at La Rogerie in a quiet setting where nature takes on its full importance. Close to the Nordic ski slopes, sledding and snowshoeing in winter and lakes in summer, this gîte is part of a set of several adjoining gîtes, all located in a huge farm. The Potentilles cottage allows you to meet with family or friends. Please note, Prénovel is located at 950 m altitude, we hope for snow this winter but we can't guarantee it! The space This cottage consists of: A large living room (sofas, TV, etc.), A brand new and fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 1 washing machine 5 bedrooms including: - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed - 1 bedroom with 4 single beds ATTENTION: REMEMBER TO TAKE SHEETS (rental possible for €6 per single bed, €8 per double bed, €2 per set of 2 towels - payment on site, please let me know quickly if you wish to take this option) + CLEANING OPTION €140 Guest access If you're lost, follow the Jurassic Burger sign Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Remember, you're not alone in the building. You must therefore respect the peaceful nature of the premises and make use of it in accordance with its intended purpose. This is not a party room ;). Fireworks and other rockets and firecrackers are PROHIBITED ;) . Info for doggies :) : We have made the choice to welcome your dogs, cats, etc. in our cottages and know that they are really welcome. Out of respect for the services I offer you, so that your stay and those to come go smoothly, here are the tips for good behavior to respect (For the "vast majority" of you, I know that these rules will seem more than obvious to you! Thank you in advance for your understanding and sincerely regret having to formulate them): If your dog is likely to bark a lot or cause damage because it absolutely cannot stand loneliness; it must not be left alone in the cottage // Do not use the duvets, blankets and sofa throw for your dog to lie on.
