My place is near beach & local fresh produce market. You’ll love it here because it is brand new, has a balcony with a nice view to the square and bar like bar table for standing or sitting, 2 bedroom and fast Internet. It has also a dressing room. Due to legal requirements in Barcelona we need to sign a rental contract for stays longer than 31 days. For exact rent and fees calculation can be shared upon request. The space Brand new apartment, with new modern furniture. AREA: fantastic area, just in the heart of BARCELONA (5 minutes WALKING to beaches, old harbour or Port Vell, dozens of trendy and typical restaurants, music bars, shopping center Mare Magnum) and BORNE (old town, tapas bars, artistic and bohemian neighbourhood, just 10' WALKING from Picasso Museum, aquarium, etc.) or Park de la Ciudadela (great for jogging, Barcelona Zoo, Parliament…). TRANSPORT: near RAILWAY STATION (Estación de Francia or Estació de França) connected by train to Barcelona Sants main railway station and thus to the airport, Paseo de Gracia, etc. METRO Barceloneta, and many buses to all parts of the city BUILDING: well maintained and in an outstanding location in the area, located on the square with some noise during peak hours of the evening. the access to the building is by stairs - 3 floors no lift a relatively narrow staircase, typical of the area. We have installed additional double glasses to both rooms and balcony isolating some of the noise. APARTMENT: Capacity for 3 people. 2 Double bedrooms (1 double size bed in each room). 35m size apartment KITCHEN: Full-equipped with quality appliances; washing machine, dish washer, micro-wave and oven, big size fridge and freezer, vitro-ceramic hob with 4 slots, extractor hood, small appliances such as kettle and toaster are also available. DINNING ROOM - LIVING ROOM: Stylish with authentic bar counter for 4 and two comfortable chars in the living area, LCD TV with USB and HDMI sockets for your movies DRESSING ROOM – A separate room for your clothing, luggage and other storage, equipped with coat hangers, shelfs and wardrobe, with enough space to accommodate many pair of shoes and several suitcases. Ironing board and Iron are also included BATHROOM: Modern shower, washbasins with mirror, towels and hair dryer. BEDROOM 1 and 2: 1 double size bed in each room of 1.35x1.90. New high quality mattresses. Noise resistant windows with shutters included. BALCONY: small balcony with a view to the park with its own table and seating. GENERAL: Fibre Optic Cable Wi-Fi Internet, powerful and efficient air conditioning, both cooling and heating, wooden floor. SECURITY: There are two PIR motion sensors (no camera) are installed in the apartment pointing towards the entry door and window / balcony (no private spaces). Alarm is activated in case of unauthorised breach, either by motion detection or temperature changes, both during the day and at night. Minimum stay: 32 days Guest access Guests can access all the spaces in the apartment. Other things to note SECURITY ALARM - The property is equipped with a security alarm system. - PIR motion sensors are installed. - No cameras are installed in the property. - The alarm must be activated every time the apartment is left empty. CHECK-IN TIME - Standard check-in: 16:00 – 20:00 - Late check-in is not normally offered, but may be arranged exceptionally (for fees see below() RENTAL CONTRACT & REQUIRED INFORMATION A rental contract and inventory must be prepared prior to arrival. The following information is required from all guests: - Copy of passport (or EU ID) for all guests (photo, passport/ID number, full name, expiry date) - Email address - Phone number / wsup confirmation - Current residential address - Estimated arrival time (including flight number, if applicable) - Proof of stay. DURATION & GUEST REGISTRATION In accordance with local regulations, all guests staying in the apartment must be registered with the community. - Minimum stay: 32 days - Passports or EU IDs are required for all staying and visiting guests. TYPE OF CONTRACT - Seasonal rental (temporary lease) for a justified temporary reason, such as: Work IMPORTANT: NOT APPLICABLE TO RESIDENTS OF BARCELONA - Applications without a valid temporary reason will be rejected. - This property is not offered as a habitual or permanent residence.
