A Home away from Home. New house located in sunny and vibrant Napier's new subdivision, Teawa, Napier with 5 minute drive to Napier City Centre and 10 minute drive to Hawkes Bay Airport. Close to all attractions like national acquarium, Napier museum and Marine parade. We offer the holiday or business visitor the perfect getaway. The space A corner house with 600 square metre fenced section. Enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. A bbq and outside covered seating area is available for guest use. Guest access Guest's can access kitchen, living area, dining area, and lounge. Please note that our house has 5 bedrooms in total, out of which 2 are always kept locked as we do not let them out. You will have the entire house to yourself which has the other 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and living area however you will not have access to the two locked rooms and the garage.
