Pleasant townhouse with courtyard and garden located in a quiet area, opposite the church of St Pierre, 2 minutes' walk from the center of Melle. Small town of character with its remarkable churches, discovery trail, silver mines, weekly local market. Ideal for your family holiday with your children (swimming pool within 1 km, cinema, media library, bike paths and hiking, petanque). You will be 30 minutes from Niort and the Poitevin marsh, 1 hour from La Rochelle and Futuroscope. The space The vacation rental is equipped with three bedrooms upstairs. The first with a 140 cm bed, the second with a 140 cm bed and the third with two 90 cm beds. Baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. Please note that a surcharge of 7 euros per person per stay will be requested if you would like us to provide bed linen and towels. Cleaning products, toilet paper, dish towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi connection Guest access Melle is a small town of 5000 inhabitants with a market on Friday morning. It's a good place to walk around. There are two supermarkets (Intermarché and SUPER U) among many other small shops and services. Free parking is available in front of the cottage or nearby. Other things to note SUPPLY OF BED LINEN AND TOWELS A flat rate of 7 euros per person for the stay is applicable on site if we provide bed linen and towels. One-night stays are not possible, minimum stay of two nights. HEATING During the heating season, the price includes electricity up to 12 KW per day. In the event of overrun, 0.24 euros per additional KW will be requested by the owner. A reading of electricity consumption will therefore be made upon arrival and another upon departure of guests.
