CasAngGiò (short-term rental)

The sea, the vacation and relaxation guided us in the renovation of CasAngiò... we leave the story to the images! The space CasAngiò is a recently renovated apartment; it consists of a large living room with a television and a French sofa bed (140x200), a fully equipped kitchen; two bathrooms with a large shower, two double bedrooms with king-size beds (200x180), on request it is possible to separate them and sleep in single beds (200x90).- The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating, wifi connection, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, extendable dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.- The house also has a balcony with sea views from which you can enjoy enchanting sunsets. CasAnGiò is located in the center of Vico Equense, on the fourth floor of a finely renovated condominium building, equipped with an elevator. Guest access BOOKING FOR ONE/TWO PEOPLE WILL ALLOW THE USE OF ONLY ONE BEDROOM OF THE CUSTOMER'S CHOICE.- The use of both bedrooms will only be allowed upon booking for a minimum of three people. Other things to note The Municipality of Vico Equense has established a tourist tax for each guest aged 18 or over, up to a maximum of seven nights, for all stays in the period from April 1 to October 31.- The amount of the tax for the year 2024 is €2 per day to be paid in cash on site.- Registration details IT063086C2SZ5CQVCX
