Each identically decorated unit provides complete privacy thanks to a modern wall separating two pools. There are four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a toilet, barbecue facilities, swimming pool and two spacious terraces in each unit. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate lavatory. Parallel to the living room and the kitchen runs a covered outdoor space with a dining table, barbecue, swimming pool and a lounge area. The first floor consists of three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious terrace providing enchanting sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, freezer-refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven and other utensils. There is also a washing machine with a dryer in each house. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and towels are available for use around the house. Free Wi-Fi is available inside the house and on the terrace. The nearest beach is only 150 meters away, following a narrow path beneath the house itself. Stara Baška has beautiful smooth pebble beaches boasting wonderful clear sea water. One of the most famous beaches is Oprna, which can only be reached on foot down a steep path. Another beach, Zala, can be reached by car or on foot as it is located near the Shepherd's Residence. Other beaches in the village are accessible on foot or by car.
