“Point of View” historic center! 2 guests

The apartment is cozy and bright, the fireplace is ready to be lit, from the balcony and all the windows you can enjoy a breathtaking view over all of Perugia; it has 2 large double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and all the comforts! TV, washer-dryer, usable kitchen, wifi, towels, sheets, etc. Pets are also allowed. Help and availability for any info on the places of your interest! The space The location of the house is central but it is located on a very quiet street, also being halfway between the gates of the center 300 m (Ztl) and Corso Vannucci 350 m, it is easier to find a parking lot nearby! Guest access Guests have access to all spaces! Other things to note From the apartment to reach the center there are two alternatives. Leaving the door on the left, you will find the almond arch and after 2 steps of the stairs on the right that take you up a small hill directly to Piazza Italia, Giardini Carducci and Corso Vannucci. If you don't feel like walking, go out the door to the right and take Via del Parione, cross a small square and you will arrive directly at the escalators that cross the famous "Rocca Paolina" (a must-see), and take you to the square!
