Enter directly into the first living room with a fully functional fireplace, a library with interesting antique art books, tour guides and architecture magazines. The dining table allows a maximum of six people to sit comfortably. From this room, you can access the bedroom with a large wardrobe, the kitchen and the first bathroom on the right; and on the left, the other living space and the second bathroom. The second living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, armchairs, another bookcase, satellite TV and, next to it, a small study with a second closet. The fully equipped kitchen leads to the terrace overlooking the Roman rooftops and internal courtyards. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs so you can enjoy your meals outdoors. The apartment is equipped with free WiFi internet connection, air conditioning, independent heating, LCD TV, radio and CD player. The bedroom and living room windows overlook a typical quiet street, while the study window overlooks the building's inner courtyard. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed with a wired orthopedic bed frame. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and dishwasher. The two bathrooms have hand-decorated tile walls signed by the famous Italian designer “Valentino”. One bathroom has a bathtub and shower, the other bathroom has a shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and a complete set of towels. Behind a curtain in the sorting area in front of the kitchen is a small safe, ironing equipment and a first aid kit. The third bed is a folding bed the size of a normal bed (2 meters long and 0.8 meters wide) with orthopedic wooden slats. It is very comfortable and easy to open/close. Guest access The entire apartment is private for guests Other things to note A copy of the identity document of all guests must be provided before arrival, as required by Italian public safety legislation. Access to the apartment is in person, taking into account that for check-in after 10:00 p.m. there is a supplement of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please remember that separate waste collection (paper, plastic + glass + cans, non-recyclable, organic) in Rome is mandatory and will help keep our neighborhood clean and unpolluted.
