Nice atypical house near the forest

Calm and nature are the key words of the place. The forest environment and the large 4500 m2 garden will satisfy nature lovers. The bike path is just 2 km away, connecting the asset to the existing bike network in the moors. The space This accommodation is atypical with beautiful volumes, the decoration is related to wood and the forest. It is pleasant to live in. Great new feature, wifi arrives with fiber as well as the 4G network. The accommodation is non-smoking. It consists of a main room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher), a dining area and a living room with TV and new wood stove for mid-season stays. A first bedroom on the ground floor has a 140 cm bed and a closet. A mezzanine with two beds, one 90 cm and one 140 cm. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and separate toilet (suitable for disabled guests with seat and transfer handles). The staircase is not safe, so I prefer not to rent to families with children under 12. No pets allowed. The cleaning fee is not included and is €50 extra, if chosen. New neighbors have moved into the land next to the house, but I added a terrace that is not overlooked by them and improved the existing one for more tranquility. Guest access The accommodation is located on a 4500 m2 plot, shared with the owner, with two private terraces and not overlooked by the host. Part of the back of the property is reserved for tenants with a barbecue and garden furniture. Check-in can be autonomous or not at your convenience.
