Trég'home, nice renovated cottage 7 km from the beaches

This rural-style gîte is a pretty, fully-renovated stone cottage of 65m² with terrace and garden. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has WIFI access (Internet and TV). It is fully equipped for a short or long-term family holiday. Situated in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, the gîte is 7km from the sandy beaches and the GR®34, which runs along the coast and offers walkers and hikers breathtaking views of its creeks, cliffs... The space The gîte is ideally located in the Baie de Saint- Brieuc (Binic, Saint-Quay Portrieux, Plouha, Paimpol, Ile de Bréhat...), just between the Côte de Granit rose (Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, Ploumanac'h...) and the Côte d'Emeraude (Le Val André, Le cap d'Erquy, Le Cap Fréhel...). The gîte has been completely renovated and is classified as Meublé de tourisme ***. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric coffee maker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing machine and wall-hung WC. In the living room, the Orange TV allows you to connect to NETFLIX (with your own account) or watch replays. The stairs to the first floor are narrow. Upstairs you'll find: - A spacious master bedroom with 1 double bed (+ a cot). - A mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds and a semi-enclosed partition to ensure privacy. A south-facing "furnished" terrace (spring/summer) gives access to a large garden shared with other tenants. A large trampoline is available for children of all ages (May to September only). An electric barbecue is also available. The parking spaces are private (possibility of parking 2 cars). Electric and hybrid cars cannot be recharged. Numerous electricity points are accessible within 10 minutes of the gîte (e.g. 36 points at the Centre Leclerc!). Beds are made on arrival (service included in the rental price). Baby equipment available on request and free of charge (cot, mattress, safety gate, high chair). Towels are not provided but can be supplied on request (with a supplement of €5 per person). Housework must be done at the end of your stay (it can be done for you for a supplement of 9€ per person). Dogs are not allowed. Parties and soirées are not permitted. Minimum 7-night stay in July and August (Saturday to Saturday) Brochures and a welcome booklet are available to help you discover our beautiful region (Baie de Saint Brieuc, Côte de Granit rose, Côte d'Emeraude) with some very nice walking routes. You'll also find some great places to eat, ... Practicalities: The nearest supermarkets are less than 10km from the gîte. Nearest activities: - < 5km: Trégomeur zoological park (the only zoo in the department), Accrobranche (Lantic adventure park). - < 10km : Beaches (Binic, Etables sur Mer), Goëlys swimming pool in Binic, Hiking (GR 34 - Chemin des douaniers), Lantic golf course (18 holes), local markets, water sports, etc. - Between 15km and 20km: Beaches (Les Rosaires Plérin, Saint Quay, Tréveneuc,...), Saint-Quay Portrieux Casino, Festivals, Local markets, Cinema, Bowling, Karting, Horse riding, .... Guest access Travellers have full use of the accommodation. Access is independent of any neighbouring dwellings. Other things to note Minimum 2-night stay except in July and August (minimum 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday).
