No parties or events are allowed (only registered guests are permitted). When reserving please be sure you list the accurate number of guests, as you will be required to register each of them with AirBnb (we want to have the right amount of supplies out for your group) as well as schedule your check in with your host shortly after reserving. Guest access With this reservation you have access to the upper floor and 3 acres of land, which includes a private oceanview terrace just for you. Outside is an outdoor patio and kitchen which is shared and where hosts, guests and caretakers can socialize, cook a meal, share a drink and enjoy sunrises, sunsets amongst palm trees or just relax on a hammock, sofa or chair! This floor includes an open stairwell down to a laundry area. Service providers or downstairs units may open a door at the bottom of the stairs to use the laundry occasionally but will not come up the stairs. The property is fenced and gated. Our caretaker comes by to cut the grass and check on the property. Other things to note We recommend check-ins during daylight hours. it is very dark at night, not as easy to find the place the first time in the dark. Typical winter daylight hours are 6am-6pm and Summer daylight can be 5am to 7pm. GPS will be necessary to arrive.
