You have your own private entrance shared with 3 other rooms, large communal kitchen with huge dining area & breakfasting bar, TV, all the utensils you need to cook. 2 toilets (1 with shower). Wifi. Fab quirky rooms! The space These rooms are perfect for international students or professors especially for Glasgow University as it’s a 10/15 min walk. Strathclyde University, Caledonian are 10 mins in the bus, the bus stop is right outside the house. **If you are staying long term we always offer a longer term discount* The rooms (4 rooms) all have really comfy double/king size beds with beautiful fresh cotton linen. They have wardrobes, shelving, desks and comfy chairs. Each room also includes a kettle, mugs, a variety of tea and a jar of tunnocks tea cakes, towels, soap, hair dryer on request, board games. You have your own private entrance only shared with other guests and the owners own yoga studio on the top floor. You have a large shared kitchen and communal chill out area with 2 toilets and 1 shower. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, to be honest though there are so many great cafe's, bars and restaurants all within short walking distance. There is wifi in all areas with a TV in the kitchen. There is a lovely outside area with table & benches that catches the sun from morning into early evening. The rooms are based at the back of the house, so there is no traffic noise. During your stay We will look forward to welcoming you and showing you around. If you need anything while you're staying we'll do all we can do to help you feel at home. While staying you may want to take advantage of the Yoga Studio on the top floor. (www.ourworldyoga.com) We run classes and workshops, all guests are gifted with free mat based classes and 20% off Workshops that are run by myself. I also run private sessions if there are no classes timetabled during your stay or you just prefer this type of practice. You are always welcome to join in workshops with our guest & travelling teachers, which can be booked online. Other things to note There is a no smoking policy in the building or on the outside premises. Although we adore animals unfortunately the guest areas are animal free zones.
