Penthouse upgrade: double room for a single person

Our modern penthouse flat in north Edinburgh has scenic views over the city. We are a stone's throw away from the tranquil sea & the city is only 3.5 miles away, 20-30min on the bus. Stay in our cosy double room with a comfortable bed with shared guest bathroom. Free parking+lift available. * Within 20 min proximity to airport by cab (£18-20) and the new Skylink 200 bus takes 30min ( £7.50 return). * Morrison's supermarket, petrol station and Pure Gym is only 6 min away. The space We have free parking at the flat, so please ask us about this if you are driving. There is also a lift. Both are quite rare commodities in Edinburgh and we do feel very blessed! Guest access We want you to feel at home and besides your bedroom, you will also have access to our cosy kitchen. You are welcome to cook and prepare sandwiches for day trips; and we also have a washer and dryer, available at a small charge. During your stay We are a friendly Christian couple who enjoy meeting people, happy to have a chat, give advice about the buses, city sights, etc. when we are not working. There may also be other guests in the apartment and we feel positive that everyone will be friendly and thoughtful towards each other, as is usually the case with fellow Airbnb'ers:) Other things to note Earlier check-in is possible but please check with us first. A later checkout (after 11am) is sometimes possible. Please check with us first though! As we do not charge a cleaning fee we appreciate you leaving the bedroom and areas you use clean and tidy.
