It is located on the second and top floor of an old building in the historic center, finely furnished with original terracotta floors, it is very pleasant and functional for all guests. The paintings and furnishings were personally designed and created by a friend of mine who is an architect who was able to interpret and respect the ancient architecture of the building while maintaining its original historical characteristics. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, can accommodate up to 4 people in two very large independent rooms. The common areas available to guests are: A large living room with dining table and TV sofa area; kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories (fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner gas stove with oven, kettle, toaster and everything you need such as dishes); 2 bathrooms, one complete with shower and a small one without shower with unlimited hot water (hairdryer and full bath linen available). Guest access Walking on an original floor dating back to the 1400s is an experience to try. The apartment is entirely at the disposal of guests, the careful cleaning of the house is very much appreciated by my guests. In my apartment you will experience a unique atmosphere of sharing. Despite the immediate proximity to Piazza Santa Croce, the street where the apartment is located is quiet and you can rest in complete tranquility. Other things to note A tourist tax is in effect in Florence, which AIRBNB will withhold directly at the time of booking from January 1, 2018, indicating the total amount in the list of expenses related to the booking itself.
