The Coach House, in Quiet Village, Private Garden

A large one bedroom converted Coach House , with loft style bedroom, large lounge dining area, bathroom, kitchen and entrance hall. With an enclosed private garden, BBQ area and Patio. Off street parking for 2 cars. The space The Coach House has a large kitchen with built in fridge/freezer, oven and hob, breakfast bar and dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine and pods.There is a washer/dryer for your use and we also provide an iron and ironing board . Guests are greeted with a gorgeous goodie basket. Tea bags, instant coffee, biscuits, chocolate and fresh semi-skimmed milk are provided. The lounge has a 44" flat screen TV and blue ray DVD player and we provide lots of DVD's. There are a selection of board games and a small selection of books which you are welcome read and take if you haven't finished !! The lounge has French windows that open onto a private enclosed south facing garden. The patio area is adorned by a variety of planters and seasonal flowers, there is a table and chairs for four and a couple of casual chairs. If you are wanting to book a stay for Christmas or New Year 2023 please contact me before you book. Guest access You will have use of the whole space, with separate access. Other things to note We have a folding single Z bed and can provide an extra air mattresses if required for more guests. We also have a Hauck Travel Cot which is suitable for children from Newborn to 3 years. A high chair and stair gate are also provided. We are happy for the house to booked for the purpose of filming but please message me before you book as i have a different pricing structure for this use.
