Guest access Electronic locks allow guests to access the apartment without physical interaction. To access the pool and 24-hour fitness center, guests will be given a key fob that allows them to access the gym & pool gates. These must be returned. Other things to note This apartment is located over top of a brand new car wash. Inside the unit there is little to no noise from the wash outside of a dull hum, similar to a low white noise. The car wash operates from 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week so guest will need to be prepared that they will exit their private entrance to a busy business. Resident parking is tucked away from the Blue Hippo business lot with reserved spaces clearly distinguished for residents.
