Our goal is to keep our place a little more upscale so that our guests really feel like they are on vacation & maybe even a little spoiled! A few super cool things about our place is that not one bedroom shares a wall so not only is there plenty of room, but plenty of privacy. This home has a King bed on the main level with it's own bathroom. This kitchen is fully equipped, open to the living room & the outdoor space! Upstairs is a suite with 2 queen beds with it's own bathroom, & 2 other bedrooms that share a bathroom, 1 with a queen bed & the other with 2 double beds. There is also a loft with a couch & smart tv as an extra flex space. The feature we are in love with is the accordion door on the main level that goes from the main living space out to the screened in pool area for the full on indoor/outdoor vibe & to top it off, there is an outdoor shower & a bathroom in the pool area, making those trips to the bathroom quick & easy! We can heat the pool (extra service) for $30 a day & recommend especially for reservations between November - February. It is a request that has to be scheduled so a minimum of 3 days notice is best. There is a grill for you to use but please clean it before you leave or you will be charged $50 additional cleaning fee. The utensils & spices for grilling can be found in the kitchen, in the lower cabinet, to the right of the sink. There is WIFI & free parking. Also If you decide to use resort amenities, the key card is in the wood box by the front door along with a remote for the gate. Please don't lose these as it will be a $50 charge for each. The tv's are smart so you should be able to connect to your streaming subscriptions. We do love babies but our home is not baby proofed. However we do have a pack n' play! We have a valet trash service. It is picked up DAILY BETWEEN 1-3pm. Please have it COMPLETELY bagged & inside the bench outside the front door or on top.
