Our property at Las Brisas is amazing. We have 2 bedrooms, both with king Tempurpedic beds. There are 2 bathrooms, a TV room with a pull out sofa and a combined kitchen dining and living room area complete with a 55” TV. The pool, hot tub and sauna are also a plus at this complex. The view from the 4th floor southeast corner is spectacular. There is a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. No need to worry with bringing towels, sheets or cluttering the car with coolers. It is all there for you. The shelving in the garage has a portable corn hole game and bocce balls for fun on the beach. If you do happen to have a rainy day, there are playing cards, games and puzzels in the TV room and a nice. We have underground parking that is right next to the elevator. Along with beach chairs, beach towels and some beach toys. New Smyrna is a great little town with many things to do. Each Saturday there is a farmer's market that offers everything from fresh seafood to vegetables and crafts. Canal Street in downtown New Smyrna offers something for everyone. Shopping for antiques, arts or just in general is offered. You can have breakfast at one our new favorites, Jason’s Corner or afternoon at Ricky's Canteen along with food at many restaurants any time of day. Limencello's and Courtyard are new favorites - drink specials and great food. A couple of great places during the day and a short walk from the condo are Chases on the beach with the amazing view and a great menu including steamed or raw clams, mussels and oysters with the greatest feature being you come as you are bathing suits are welcomed along with SoNapa if you're in the mood for finer dining and a great wine selection. On Flagler Avenue you can find the night life you may want with bars and bands and more FOOD. Each weekend there is something different going on down on Flagler Avenue or Canal Street. If you are looking for a Disney, Universal or Sea World trip, it won’t take long. An hour or two will get you to any of them. Daytona Beach Speedway is less than 20 minutes away.
