Guest access All the house is at complete disposal of our guests , included the panoramic terrace and hanging garden. To access the house you have to go down and up stairs. House not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. There are several free parkings around the city walls but we always suggest to park in the Multilevel underground garage. With a small subscription, the car will always be protected and shaded. it is not included. Ask us for information. Other things to note Within an hour's drive you can reach the most sought-after tourist destinations in Tuscany. Siena and Arezzo are the most distant, 1.30h. In less than one hour you can also reach the seaside resorts, Versilia with its lively markets and exclusive shopping, or the coast of Livorno with its long sandy beaches or striking cliffs and typical restaurants. The ideal vehicle is the car. For those who have time and prefer to travel by public transportation, there is a bus that runs hourly from Peccioli to Pontedera station. from there by train you can go anywhere. I always suggest a tour of the surroundings of Peccioli. Our romantic villages with their small rural churches, our hidden treasures, their narrow streets full of history, and the breathtaking views of the typical Tuscan countryside. In summer it's easy to come across traditional local festivals, with street food, markets and music. In Peccioli we also have an outdoor theater where festivals, live music, and fascinating plays are celebrated in July.
