Welcome to my luxurious penthouse in Cologne Hahnwald! Three high-class bedrooms, two bathrooms, one spacious living area with a dining table and an open kitchen as well as a balcony await your arrival. Whether you want to spend your days on the sofa arrangement or in the kitchen, which is equipped with all sorts of culinary devices, almost all of your wishes come true here! Here you will live next to famous actors and artists! Of course we have our own security so that you can feel save! The penthouse offers a 5-stars experience with luxuries just like in a hotel suite. Furthermore, you could easily use it for business meetings! The high-class interior was chosen with care so that you will not miss anything and can feel at home here. The living room exudes a very cozy and warm atmosphere due to its gorgeous wooden floor and the sofa arrangement ( 4 x 5m). The entertainment system, which features the 75 inch full HD TV with cable, internet and Apple TV, is at your disposal. You can also rock out to your own music here with the Bose docking station (iPhone). The big balcony facing South is located next to the living area. You can dine or work at the table while enjoying the green space around you. If you'd rather sunbathe, the sunlounger is waiting for you here as well. The surroundings are pretty quiet so you will not be disturbed by the city's hustle and bustle. The dining area as well as the kitchen give you a lot of space to move around. Eight people can be entertained at the table where you can spend sociable evenings. The high quality kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to create a perfect dinner, for example a juicer, a blender, an induction cooker and a teriyaki hot plate. There are three differently designed bedrooms in the apartment. The first one is equipped with two single box spring beds (0,8 x 2m) which match the overall black and white aesthetic of this room. Additionally, there are a chaise longue and a coatrack to be found here. In the second bedroom, which is defined by a monochromatic silver color scheme, you will find a large box spring bed (1,80 x 2m) where you will feel as if you're lying on clouds. All beds will prepared with fresh linen for you. Furthermore, you can watch TV from the bed if you like. The last bedroom has a very different theme. Here you can imagine yourself to be a British polo player who has won many trophies throughout his life time. You will also be sleeping on a large box spring bed here (1,80 x 2m). The apartment also has two bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The first bathroom has very warm colors and reminds one of the Mediterranean. Here you can start your day with a long shower under the rainforest shower head. The second bathroom has a more maritime flair with its deep blue floor.
