It is a small house of about 85 m2 with on the ground floor a large living room composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen and a dining area; on the first floor two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. This accommodation is surrounded by a large beautiful terrace of about 45 m2 and has a small garden. It is attached to the owners' house but it is independent. The only common area is the parking lot for cars. The space This small house is located in a hamlet on the banks of the Rance in the countryside (2 km from the village and shops around). On sunny days, you can go swimming in Rance at high tide (about 500 m from the house) and/or go for a hike or walk on the coastal paths towards Dinard or Dinan. The seaside (Dinard, St Malo and the entire Emeraude coast) are about 20 minutes from the house. Dinan (medieval city) is 10 minutes away and Mont St Michel is about 30 minutes away.
