The Wee Cottage by the Ferry

Our fully refurbished Wee Cottage offers incredible views over the River Clyde. Only 30 minutes from Glasgow and seconds from the ferry to Dunoon & Argyll highlands, you can spot seals & porpoises while you watch the sun set. There's a double bedroom upstairs and comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, free private parking, and we include a wee breakfast as well. The space The cottage has stunning views over the River Clyde and is situated on the coast road between Gourock and Inverkip. With a double bedroom upstairs and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area, the Wee Cottage can accommodate two, three or four guests comfortably. There's also a single z-bed upstairs suitable for younger guests or we can provide a travel cot for new arrivals. We have just refurbished the whole place and we offer Wi-Fi, a 32" HD TV and USB charging points, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, stocked for breakfast with fresh bread, cereal, porridge, eggs, jam & marmalade, orange juice, coffee, tea, and milk. The bathroom has also been fully refurbished and we have implemented an enhanced cleaning regime throughout the Wee Cottage. We have just added an EV Charger so you can top up your electric vehicle overnight as well - please ask for charges and access to the app. Short Term Let License No.IP00017F Guest access You will have a completely self-contained guest cottage to yourself with private parking and a grass patio area with breath-taking views over the River Clyde. The 'Wee Cottage' is the detached self contained annexe to our own house, 'The Cottage'. Other things to note Perfect for a short break or an extended stay, the Wee Cottage is only seconds away from the Western Ferry to Dunoon, Argyll and the Highlands, 25 minutes from Glasgow airport, and only 30 minutes from Glasgow city, so it's the perfect place for a holiday base or an ideal place to break your journey before heading North. Although we are on the coast road the Wee Cottage is fully double glazed and air conditioned and parking is available in our private driveway or on the road. If you are planning an extended stay we can arrange access to the separate laundry and there is an iron and ironing board in the Wee Cottage.
