The tiniest room you've ever slept in but with Central London on your doorstep. A convenient place to lay your head at night. The tiny apartment is my workshop by day, so is ideal if you like to be up and out exploring. Not for those liking a slow start to their day. No kitchen but tea & coffee facility and tiny fridge. 2-min walk Bermondsey tube & night buses. 2-min walk River Thames & views of famous skyline, 15-min walk Tower Bridge, 11-min tube Oxford Street. Gay-friendly. The space YOUR TINY ROOM Inspired by hip pod-style living, ideal for groovy urban travellers exploring this great city. Raised sleeping platform with steps up, handrail, super-comfy mattress and underbed storage. Lovingly fitted out and painstakingly decorated with a classy hand-painted feature wall of deep red and luxurious gold damask. PROVIDED Bedding (duvet, pillows, bed linen), towels, hairdryer, travel adapter plug, hangers, alarm clock, folding umbrellas, A-Z London map, basic first-aid kit, slippers, rechargeable reading lights, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, moisturiser, make-up remover, cotton wool, deo, hairspray, toothpaste, tissues). PRESENCE OF HOST Even though it’s a tiny flat, I hardly ever see my guests. You have your own key and are out from morning till night. I'm in and out at unpredictable hours but available for any queries and plenty of London recommendations. ABOUT YOU If you want a central bed, value your independence & privacy, are on the go all the time and used to city-centre living (tiny spaces, traffic noise, street hubbub), this is PERFECT for you. If you want a place where you can have a lie-in and hang out during the day, this is NOT for you. BREAKFAST NOT PROVIDED I have discovered over the years that people who choose my tiny central room as their London base don't want breakfast, preferring to head straight out. So I stopped laying on breakfast. You have a well-equipped food prep unit with crockery and cutlery, so you can do your own breakfast or packed lunch if you want. Selection of cereals, teas & coffees + kettle & juicer. Tiny fridge that fits milk, yoghurt, butter, cheese & ham, if you want to buy them. Washing up bowl, detergent, dish rack and tea towel for washing dishes in bathroom sink. Drinking water available from bathroom tap. Guest access -Bathroom and living room shared with Sam only. -No kitchen. Other things to note - Check-in time: by arrangement 11am-10pm - Check-out time: 10am - No television -No smoking -No pets
