The space Come enjoy our partly renovated hotelesque room fitted out with tea & coffee facilities (no cooking facilities), bar fridge, air-conditioning, a living area complete with lounge and a delightfully comfy queen bed, block out blinds and a separate private bathroom. Enjoy crisp Sheridan linen and towels - we also provide beach towels for your convenience. You have complete privacy from the main house and your own balcony with stunning unobstructed views out to Mount Coolum and Mount Ninderry. Wander down to the beach for a swim, grab breakfast or coffee in some of the best cafes on the Sunshine Coast or head to some of the boutiques and shops in the area. If you feel like a relaxing day with breezy views, kick back in your room and enjoy the view from the comfy Queen bed or enjoy Netflix on the smart TV (with free Wifi), catch up on some reading or play some fun card or board games (provided). Guest access Come and go as you please to your totally private room with it's own entry. Our family live in the main house up the stairs so you might hear the occasional family noise. We have two beautiful children and if you're an animal lover, you’ll love our dog Teddy & cat Oscar. Ps Teddy thinks he’s a guard dog even though he weighs three kilos and is smaller than our cat. You’ll no doubt hear him bark as you arrive 😂 Please note the photo of our steep driveway - worth it for the views but a work out on the calves 😉 Other things to note All day street parking is available or Uber, Uber Eats and public transport options. **Note that we have a steep driveway - please see the check in photos*** Please do not park in our driveway- we won’t be able to get our cars out the garage otherwise 😃 ***Please also note that as much as we love children, this room is for two adults only*** Alexandra Headland Beach, Surf Club, Bars, Restaurants, Clubs and local Cafes are all less than 1km stroll. There’s plenty of boutique shopping and dining options in neighbouring Mooloolaba Esplanade, Maroochydore and Cotton Tree. We are a 5 minute drive from the Sunshine Plaza which boasts wonderful shopping, restaurants, TimeZone, movies and even a High Ropes Adventure Park.
