The house is located on a third floor without an elevator. Although the building is somewhat old, the apartment was renovated, preserving original elements such as the exposed wooden beams, which bring character, warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. It is ideal for both couples and friends and is located within walking distance of the Theater of the Market, which allows walking in just 10 minutes to emblematic places such as the Basilica del Pilar, La Seo, the popular tapeo area of El Tubo and the main nightlife spaces of the center. In addition, a Mercadona supermarket is just 100 meters away, and the area is very well connected by public transport to the rest of the city. To provide us with this information, all guests must complete a form upon arrival at the accommodation and send us a photo of it within 24 hours. This requirement is required by law. If a traveler refuses to be identified, they will not be able to access or stay in the apartment. There is the possibility of renting our private parking space very close to the apartment, but because we have two apartments and a single square, ask for availability and price previously.
