Guest access The village is very safe, you can park in front of the house on the portal, however, we also have parking behind the house, if you require it, you can request it from the person who welcomes you. Most activities can be done on foot, a few blocks away you will find a taxi stand, in case you need it. During your stay The house is exclusively for accommodation. I am not always there in person, but there is always someone available to help guests with things like water, electricity, internet, the fireplace, and parking. I want my guests to feel at home, so I am available on my cell phone for anything they need, but for any matter related to their stay, I have the help of Sofia, a very helpful and trustworthy person who will assist them with anything they need regarding their stay. Other things to note Jocotitlán is a very high place, 2,900 meters above sea level. It is located at the foot of the mountain. You need to bring warm clothes, thick pajamas, and hiking shoes if you want to explore the mountain on foot. You can also access the crater in an off-road vehicle. The road is winding, but it is always in good condition, as several operational microwave antennas are installed in the crater.
