Lovely modern double room

Hi, I’m Lara, and I’m looking to let my spare room. I’m really sorry there aren’t any proper pictures of it at the moment; my current lodger hasn’t moved out yet, and his room is messy! I have included a picture of the space though, for now. There is a double bed with two bedside tables, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and option for a desk if you like. I’m open to hosting a well behaved pet, but this would have to be agreed beforehand. Option for extension if we get on :) The space My house is on Marnel Park in Sherbourne st John. There are some beautiful walks nearby. Guest access You’ll share the kitchen and bathroom with me. You’ll have the top shelf in the fridge and the bottom shelf in the freezer to store food. During your stay I work from home, so I’m looking for someone who would be out during the day. I’m friendly but will be happy to leave you to yourself if that’s what you prefer
