The space A really well presented house with ample space for two couples or a couple with children. There are queen beds in each bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Includes WiFi, Freeview TV, All bedding and towels are provided. All kitchen facilities. Parking Details Garage: Our property includes an internal garage, which can accommodate one vehicle. Please ensure that you park in front of the garage door and do not block the driveway, as it is shared with other residents. On-Street Parking: For additional vehicles or if your car does not fit in the garage, there is plenty of on-street parking available. On-street parking is permitted overnight, providing a convenient alternative for guests with larger vehicles or multiple cars. Important Notes Shared Driveway: Please be mindful of the shared driveway and ensure that your vehicle does not obstruct access for other users. Parking Bays: On-street parking bays are available for use, and overnight parking is allowed. We hope this information helps you plan your parking arrangements during your stay. Guest access We have a keypad entry to the building, which means you can access anytime. Other things to note The property is about 60sqm - 70sqm, a small 2 bedroom apartment, photos may appear to make the space look bigger than it actually is. The garage is quite small, so a large vehicle or sedan with a boot may NOT fit, the garage is only designed for small hatchback cars. You can park in the driveway, but please be aware that this is shared, and you are NOT to block the shared driveway at anytime. There is on-street parking if you need it.
