Bonita Family Beach Home with Private Beach is back and ready to rent!

It has taken 10 long months to restore the beach house back to pre-Hurricane Ian condition. Many of our previous renters have reached out to ask how the house held up in the midst of the hurricane. We appreciate all the well wishes, thoughts, and prayers. We have made several improvements to the property during the restoration. We can’t wait for you to see it! Our family has many memories at the beach house over the last 30 years. From reading the reviews online and the sign in book at the house, it sounds like you all have made many memories there too! This Private Beach home is directly in the sand on the Gulf of Mexico on Bonita Beach, Florida. Since Hurricane Ian in the fall of 2022, we have been working hard to restore the home and now it is better than ever! It has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. There are multiple spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico including 2 screened balconies and 1 exposed deck with lounge chair and bar seating all overlooking the beach. The first floor boasts a large recreational room with kitchenette and a full bathroom. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas for your beach stay, and a Gas grill, rafts, beach toys and more. You will also find a paddle board and kayak with life jackets for your vacation fun. The home has new luxury vinyl tile throughout and kitchen with granite countertops. A separate dining area and kitchen table and kitchen counter with high chairs offer plenty of space for family dining and great views! The living room area has a 2 story high ceiling. This beautiful home sleeps up to 14 people comfortably with 6 bedrooms including 1 king suite, 4 queen beds, and 4 twin beds. Baby amenities are available upon request. 🐬🐬
